It should emphasize the importance of conducting the study and reference key publications on the topic. The section should conclude with a clear statement of the study’s objectives.
- Materials and Methods. The Methods should be detailed enough to allow replication in other experimental studies. For widely used methods, references to established protocols are sufficient. However, new meth-ods and protocols must be described in detail. This section should also include: • The software version used in the study, with a bibliographic reference or a link to the official source. • A comprehensive list and description of the experimental materials (e.g., the number of specimens, repetitions, etc.). • Statistical methods applied for data analysis, including sample characteristics, statistical criteria, and the software used for data processing. Studies without statistical data analysis will not be accepted.
- Results: This section should provide a concise and precise description of the results obtained from the experimental research. The results should not be a verbatim repetition of the data pre-sented in tables and figures. The text must include exact significance values when making comparisons (p = 0.004, p < 0.05). The use of previously published photographs from mono-graphs and other articles is strictly prohibited. An example of the design of tables and figures is presented in the template. If the publication contains cartographic material, then the signatures should be easy to read, I recommend the Arial font, 14 pt+. Graphs, diagrams, diagrams, or any other images, including layouts, must have signed axes, Arial 14+ pt font, 300 DPI quality, and are presented as separate files in *tiff (recommended) or *jpg format. - Conclusion. The final section should summarize the key findings of the study and highlight their scientific contribution. Acknowledgments (If available)
- References In-text citations should follow the Harvard referencing style, using parentheses (au-thor’s last name, year). If a publication has two authors, list both last names followed by the year: (Gihr, Smith, 2018). For works with three or more authors, use "et al." (Gatsby et al., 2018; Добров и др., 2019). Publications should be cited in chronological order: (Смирнов и др., 2015; Smith, Gatsby, 2018; Антонова, 2020). If multiple works were published in the same year, arrange them alphabetically: (Петров и др., 2019; Goldbeter et al., 2019). If the same author(s) published multiple works in the same year, add lowercase letters ("a", "b", etc.) after the year: (Семенов и др., 2015а, б; Smith, 2017a, b). The order of letter assignment corresponds to the position of the article in the "References" section The "References" section must contain complete bibliographic descriptions of all cited sources in the textOnly peer-reviewed sources should be included, such as journal articles and monographs. All references must be verified, and publication details must be checked on official journal and publisher websites. Publication Terms
Publication terms are determined by the journal’s financial policy and approved by the Founding Institution.
- Publication is free for all categories of authors
- Each article is assigned a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
- Authors do not receive royalties for published materials.
Publication Rules
- Submitted articles must correspond to the scope of the journal (thematic areas outlined in the journal's sections)
- Articles are accepted based on the results of completed and previously unpublished fundamental or applied research, as well as review articles, problem-focused papers, original experimental studies, and methodological works.
- All submissions must comply with the journal’s formatting requirements.
- All articles are subject to mandatory peer review. The editorial office provides review feedback to the authors of the manuscripts. The final decision to accept articles for publication is made by the editorial board. Returning a manuscript for revision does not imply acceptance for publication. The submission date is considered the date the editorial office receives the final version of the manuscript.
- In the event of rejection, the editorial office sends the authors a reasoned explanation.
- Correspondence with the authors is carried out through the contact person specified in the manuscript.
Article Peer Review Procedure
- All registered manuscripts submitted to the editorial office of the Scientific Agronomy Journal undergo an initial evaluation within 10 business days to ensure that the manuscript meets the content and structural requirements.
- All scientific articles (original, review, discussion, or problem-based) are subject to a mandatory double-blind peer review: the reviewer does not know the identity of the authors, and the authors do not know the identity of the reviewer. Authors receive the reviewer’s comments via the journal editor.
- The review process is carried out by members of the editorial board and editorial council, as well as invited reviewers — leading experts in the relevant field from Russia and other countries.
- The review period is typically 2–3 weeks
- If the review contains recommendations for revisions, the editorial office sends the author the reviewer’s comments and suggests making the necessary changes or providing a reasoned rebuttal (either partially or fully). The revision process should not exceed two weeks. The revised manuscript is then resubmitted for another round of review
- The decision to reject a manuscript is made at a meeting of the editorial board based on the reviewers’ recommendations. Manuscripts rejected by the board will not be reconsidered. A notification of rejection is sent to the author via email
- Once the editorial board approves the article for publication, the editorial office notifies the author and provides the expected publication timeline
- A positive review alone is not sufficient grounds for publication. The final decision is made by the editorial board. In case of disputes, the Editor-in-Chief has the final say
- The original copies of all reviews are stored by the editorial office for five years

- The decision to publish is made based on expert evaluations of the accuracy of the data presented and the scientific significance of the work.
- The editorial board may consult with members of the editorial council and external experts when making a publication decision.

The review report is confidential.
- The manuscript must be treated by the reviewer as a confidential document and should not be shared with third parties for reading or discussion without the permission of the editorial office. Unpublished data contained in submitted manuscripts must not be used for personal purposes.
- The reviewer is obligated to provide an objective evaluation of the research results. Personal criticism of the author is not acceptable.
- The reviewer must decline to review a manuscript if any of the following apply: a conflict of interest with the author of the manuscript, insufficient expertise to evaluate the research results, or inability to perform the review in a timely manner.
Author Responsibilities

Any previously published elements of the manuscript must be cited accordingly. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is not acceptable
